DIG Creative Campfire

The Diversity in Games (DIG) Creative Campfire event takes place on November 18 and will feature panel sessions, keynotes, forum discussions, and a thrilling pitching competition in the renowned PVP format.

It aims to showcase the talent and experiences of those working in the B.C. games industry. 🎮

They currently have a call for speakers who have insight and knowledge to share on the following topics or anything in between. Applications are open to all levels of experience as the event will be a safe and inclusive place to support growing public speakers.

  • Stories of Success & Failure
  • Bridging the Gap: Diversity Done Right
  • Demystifying Industry Roles, Ethics & Perspectives
  • Candid Appraisals – Emergent Technologies (AI, VR)

Speaker FYIs:

  • Keynote presentations are 20mins with a 10min Q&A
  • Panels (3 speakers + moderator) are 40mins with a 15min Q&A
  • Submission deadline: October 22
