Call for Submissions: Canadian Games Steam Sale (apply by June 6)

Breaking Walls studio, in collaboration with La Guilde, is organizing the first Canada Day Steam Sale. 🇨🇦

Breaking Walls is a small indie studio located in Montreal. As Canadian Devs, but also Canadians Gamers, they have been into ways to easily see which games were made by Canadians studios. Their first idea was to create a Canadian Games Sale on Steam, but they created a few other things (you’ll see the link once you completed this form, if you’re curious) and with Steam approving it, they’re now taking the last submissions for this year’s sale.

Given the very short deadline through which Steam has confirmed the sale for July 1, 2025, submissions must be received in the next few days and no later than Friday, June 6.

Submit your game(s) using the following form: https://tally.so/r/wMP1Dk

When will the sale be?
The sale will be from July 1-8.

Does my game have to be released for us to participate? Not at all! Discounted games are always pushed to the forefront in Steam sales, but unreleased games can be found under a special section for Upcoming games! If you have a demo, your game will also find itself under the Free Demos section!

What kind of games can be entered?

  • Games made by Canadians video games studios
  • Games made by the Canadian location of a non-Canadian studio
  • Games made mostly by Canadian devs (explain your situation in the relevant section, lower in the form)
