Add your voice to what’s next for the web at W3C events in Vancouver this September

The World Wide Web Consortium is coming to Vancouver from September 12-16 for its annual conference, the Technical Plenary and Advisory Committee (TPAC 2022).

Each year W3C brings together more than a thousand web developers, architects, engineers, product and technology innovation leaders from the global Technical Web Community; W3C Advisory Board and Advisory Committee; and Technical Architecture Group to meet for a week of collaborative meetings. The focus is on both current web standards work as well as discussions for the future of what’s next for the web, including Interactive Web/AR/VR, Metaverse, Web3, etc.

While W3C’s TPAC is a members-only meeting, there are several opportunities in which DigiBC members and the local Vancouver tech community are invited to engage with the global W3C community. The W3C community looks forward to meeting with the DigiBC community this September in Vancouver!
