Women Leading Change in STEM – special event hosted by the University of Victoria and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia

An evening of inspiration and empowerment celebrating women in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Industry leaders will come together for a panel discussion to share their experiences and talk about increasing equality, diversity and inclusion in STEM. The list of panelists includes:

  • Julie Angus, CEO, Open Oceans Robotics (UVic alum)
  • Mina Hoorfar, Dean of Engineering and Computer Sciences, University of Victoria
  • Sue Paish, CEO, Canada’s Digital Technology Supercluster
