About Heidi and Lori
Heidi Eaves has over seventeen years of experience in Human Resources and Management in Vancouver’s Video Games and Biotech industries, including 10 years at Electronic Arts Canada, where she was a Senior Development Director. Heidi has a strong understanding of the multiple pressing needs to hire the right people at the right time and ensure products meet high standards and tight deadlines. She is very comfortable with the aggressive timelines and shifting priorities that can be common to the creative process, as well as to the intricacies of production cycles, and she is able to juggle multiple business needs while keeping teams high- performing and focused. Heidi was able to transfer her human resources expertise over to the biotech industry and work with the unique challenges of this volatile industry and assist management to have the right human resource systems and people in place to follow the funding cycles of the industry.
Lori Climenhaga has worked with the hiring needs of employers throughout British Columbia since 1997 and has helped them access government funding to assist with the growth of their organization. She has experience with both small companies as well as large corporation and has recruited for various positions from sales/marketing to CEO for a non- profit organization. Along with her hands on experience with employers Lori was able to provide input for programs and services designed for small to mid size firms when she was a Director of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce Board as well as a Director of the Leadership and Management Development Council of British Columbia. Lori’s specialty is networking and sales and has provided coaching to small businesses and non-profit companies to help increases sales targets and team effectiveness.
