    NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2012 Annual General Meeting of the members of the DigiBC, The Digital Media + Wireless Association of BC (the "Society") will be held at the offices of Fasken Martineau, 2900 - 550 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. (the "Meeting") for the following purposes:
    1. to receive the Report of the Directors;
    2. to recieve the financial statements of the Society for the period ended March 31, 2012;
    3. to waive the appoint of an auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013;
    4. to determine the number of Directors and to elect Directors for the ensuing year; and
    5. to conduct such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
